A filosofia de nossos processos de coaching está fundamentada na ontologia, isto é, na essência de cada ser-humano, que cria significados para a sua existência e escolhas, estabelecendo a sua comunicação e apresentação para o mundo através de seus comportamentos e ações. Exploramos nos processos de coaching, quem cada cliente está sendo e quem almeja ser, ao invés de somente fazer. Este reconhecimento proporciona a construção de novas consciências e realidades para daí, ser ampliada a capacidade de ação efetiva, alinhada com os reais objetivos e resultados desejados.
Sessões de Coaching Individuais
O nosso foco, é o seu resultado. Neste formato, atendemos individualmente pessoas, através de sessões de coaching com encontros semanais ou quinzenais. De acordo com a demanda de cada cliente, o processo de coaching levará de 03 a 06 meses, contemplando de 08 a 12 sessões. Trabalhamos com pessoas e empresas em prol do desenvolvimento de cada indivíduo, apoiando em processos de mudanças, contribuindo para que as ações e os resultados desejados sejam construídos e implementados.
Coaching de Grupo
O coaching em grupo, ocorre em pequenos grupos com no máximo 12 participantes, sendo estes facilitados por 02 coaches. Cada cliente possui o seu próprio objetivo, porém compartilha as suas metas, obstáculos e sucessos com os demais integrantes nesta jornada, contando com a poderosa força do grupo para agregar aprendizagens, potencializando a sua transformação. Os grupos acontecem a cada semestre, em 04 encontros, somando 28 horas de muitas vivências ampliando novas oportunidades de ação.
Coaching de Equipe
O coaching de equipe, destina-se para o desenvolvimentos de times que estão em busca de um mesmo objetivo em pequenas empresas, setores de grandes organizações, times de líderes e projetos. O formato dá-se em encontros periódicos para o desenvolvimento das competências necessárias para o sucesso da equipe, sendo estabelecidas ou trabalhadas as metas específicas para a busca dos resultados desejados. Formar um time alinhado e coeso, é o nosso trabalho, respeitando as diversidades, potencializando as sincronocidades.
